Migrant Offshore Station (MOAS) rescued 434 African migrants from three
over-crowded, dangerously deflated rubber boats early yesterday morning,
October 20th.
All 434 individuals, from various African nationalities including
Nigeria, were brought safely aboard the rescue ship. Among them are 8
children who are now being cared for by the Red Cross medical team. More
